Shipping & Returns

Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12-24 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point.
Exchanges and returns:
We will exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of the original delivery date. The products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. In order to obtain a return authorization, please contact us. Note All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the product (s) defective (hardware and/or manufacturing) or not depending on your order. When the item (s) are faulty or not as ordered we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
Most important: Please contact us for the return address before you return the package, and you must inform us the tracking number and tracking link in time, if there is no return tracking number, we do not give refunds or replace.
--who is going to bear the returned shipping cost?
We will only be responsible for the defective items, delay-shipment return shipping costs and the reshipment cost of replacement. And we will only be responsible for the defective items returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Freight collect is unacceptable.
